Can get license.xbin to demonstrate I bought forever Platinum VIP

I am unable to get my present license.xbin file to demonstrate I purchased forever 5PC license, Platinum VIP.

Lemmie quote one of my several saved license text files :

I have two license.xbin files; one I downloaded from the old receipt URL, which is 2.14KB.

The other, I don't remember when & which URL, is 2.24KB

I cannot get jv16 Power Tools to accept the 2.14kb. It only takes the 2.24kb file -- and that file makes no reference to any Platinum VIP status.

Does anyone have an email address for Macecraft sales or customer service? I can't find it on their web site.

Two days ago, I bought a platinum license as well after following Macecraft for several years and reading good things about their software.

I was especially impressed by their guarantee of satisfaction and no-questions asked refund policy.

Yesterday, I decided to switch to Linux and wish to receive a refund from Macecraft. But there's no way to contact the developer. Looks very fishy to me.

I'll wait a few more days and if I don't hear from the developer, I'll be posting my experience online on software review forums.

Macecraft really must put email contact on their website.

Simply download and install the free trial version of jv16 PowerTools X, access it's My Account feature and enter your name and email address there. It will automatically download and install your license.

If you wish to download your xbin license, you can always do so at https://www.macecraft.com/my-license/
