On 6/9/2015 I received one of your promotional emails in a different email account than the one used to register for this Forum..
I owned a version of jv16 PowerTools in 2005, registered under the same email address I used to register here.
So on June 9th I decided to buy the new version. After entering my credit card info, I clicked to buy and a new page appeared with the following: "Unfortunately the order was not successful. Please try again little bit later or contact us if the problem persists."
I contact you via the Live Chat, with no success.
I emailed you and received a response on June 9th.: "Your request (192) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff."
I want to be assured my credit card information is flushed from the e-commerce system you use.
