File System Health

I recently ran chkdsk /r on my windows 7 system. JV16 Power Tools is telling me that the "File System Health" is only 56%. I am not sure how to go about raising that score. The system is a bit sluggish and I suspect that this variable is the culprit.

The File System Health reported by jv16 PowerTools X is calculated based on many factors but the number and quality of found temp files play a critical part in this. To improve your File System Health, clean out the temp files with the Clean and Fix My Computer and/or File Cleaner.
