The update window shows a strange behavior. Update window change his size and jumps in left edge.

Confirmed with 1491 beta as well on Windows 8.1.1 x64 Pro and Windows 10 x64 Tech Preview B10102.

Issue confirmed and now fixed, thank you for reporting! The fix will be included to the next released build of PowerTools.

This is by design: if you are running an unreleased beta or test version, it will show as itself as the latest version for you, not the latest official version.
