Scroll bar issue (C&FMC)
Status (C&FMC): a little better ... maybe ... the scrollable small scan progress checklist in the center of the tool window still does extra scrolling on its own when you click in the vacant part of the scroll bar. After a while, you usually have to click there twice before it will scroll, and it then moves and does the extra scrolling. However, if you click the solid widget in the scroll bar and drag it up and down, the items in the window stay where you release them. I didn't notice if it did this in PT X (1486).
