Startup Manager - Explore problems

The Tool "Startup Manager" doesn't read the correct path if you use "Explore". "Startup Manager" has problems with parameters.

e.g.

- D:\Programme\Multimedia\Programme\QuickTime\QTTask.exe -atboottime

- D:\Programme\Logitech\LWS\Webcam Software\LWS.exe -hide

- C:\Programme\Canon\MyPrinter\BJMyPrt.exe /logon

- C:\Programme\Canon\SolutionMenu\CNSLMAIN.exe /logon

Now that's odd. I don't even have a tool named "Startup Manager". It's not in any list nor does any icon show up on the various GUIs. Is that because I do not have "Speedup my computer" permitted? I've checked Windows 8.1.1 x64 Pro and Windows 10 x64. :

I don't think so. The complete name of this tool sounds: "Control which programs start autmatically"

The header shows - "Startup Manager" :

Startup Manager -> 'Explore' function does not always point to the correct application!

This is true for both the enabled and disabled items in Startup Manager.
