instalation of license

I just purchased an upgrade version from jv16 PowerTools 2014 to jv16 PowerTools X order 353177, I am unable to install the license.

Each time I receive the following message:

"an error occurred when trying to apply your license. Please contact Macecraft software for technical support."

I also am unable to manually install the license.

When I go to technical support, I receive the page with the license download but no link to contact support.

Please advise.

Can you send me a Private Message and in it say what name and email address you entered under the My Account feature of PowerTools X so I can check your order details?
