This applies to Windows 8.1.1 x64 Professional and Windows 10 x64 Technical Preview B10102 and jv16 PowerTools X Build 1485. A debug log is attached.
The "Registry Cleaner" icon will not display on the desk top nor in the Start Menus. In addition the check mark selecting the "Registry Cleaner" in Settings>Integration with Windows will not stay selected.
