License Problem

First contact us takes me to my license page not to a page where I can contact technical support.

When I download my license file for JV16-X i get a .mht file with text in it. I have attempted to save what appears to be the code by creating a file called license.xbin and pasted it into the jv16-x folder under program files (86) and I still get an error message stating to contact technical support.

I have been a client since jv16 powertools 2005 any help you can be would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to enter your name and email address to PowerTools X's My Account tool? It should automatically download and install your license.

The Contact Us page takes one to the Download My License page for a few reasons. Firstly, many people contact us asking what license they own, are they entitled for a free update and so forth, and the answer to these questions can be found from the Download My License page. But also, the Download My License page checks each customer's license level and offers VIP priority support email address for our VIP customers.
