What i think he meanes is the following (but don't pin me on it).
If you mean if PowerTools detects drivers other then only the C:\ drive, then yes. For example, the File-Cleaner scans all harddisk drives, unless you tell it not to in the options tab.
Also, if im correct, the Cache function PowerTools needs to update once in a while also scans all harddisk/partitions if im correct.
