Change of email address

Hello, I am a Platinum VIP License holder of jv16 Power Tools 2014. The software works just fine. I noticed that I had a different email address at the time of purchase. That email address is now defunct and I wish to update it to the new one but, as of yet have NOT found a method of doing so. Please advise.

Hi I think you will find this forum, as with the product, is now dead. I look in every few weeks and little changes and those who used to be able to offer support have also long since gone. The publishers appear to have abandoned any thing here a long time ago.
