my winxp desktop with my jv16 powertools 2014 vip platinum still up but not online.I can see my license serial number an it say can use on 5 computers.I now have a laptop running win 8.1 and can not get software to accept the same key number that is in desktop software.I have 2 tickets open with support.They sent me a key to download but it does not work an she keeps saying jv 16 powertools 2012 an not 2014.Another problem is email address I had when originally bought software is gone and told them I needed an update for email address associated with software.
I am not getting help with any of this.I have used this software for many yrs an is why I bought the vip platinum in 2012 but am now getting extremely frustrated.What should I do now?
