Removing Immunization

I run the 'Immunize My Computer' function, but now I'm unable to find the way to remove the added lines to the system hosts file. I looked the instructions on the Manual, but it don't seems to match the current options on version 2014. Help?

The manual says:

If you wish to remove the lines added to the system hosts file by jv16 PowerTools, you can do this from the Backup Tool (Tools menu > Windows hosts file > Remove all lines added by jv16 PowerTools).

Actually you have to do the following:

1) Go to "Backups" (Backup Tool)

2) Go to the "Tools" menu

3) Go to "Immunize My Computer"

4) Click on "Undo Immunization..."

That's it.
