Clean & Fix: Hangs, Program Unresponsive

See "Have to Ask Twice" post next to this one. The behavior of Clean and Fix is now as follows. It will complete the Analyzing System. It will display registry errors, temporary files and broken shortcuts - as normal. Using FIX: program hangs, the 'wait' hourglass appears and nothing happens. The program must be terminated via Task Manager. Using DELETE: Program Hangs with the same behavior. What changed? What is the recommended course of action? Support department? Is build 1354 defective?

Does PT2014 use the Borland Database Engine by chance? I noticed this folder appears in the Program files/Common Files section.

Suggestions from the support department are welcomed.

What you could do is run jv16PT2014_b1354 in DEBUG mode and repeat ONLY your above described test.
