Made request for replacement license didn't recive it

I reinstalled the software after installing my new Hard drive after Losing the old one and tried to request the License File It said The records don't match info put in.

I then made a ticket and sent it. I got a blank message from Macecraft and then tried to make another ticket and now I get this

: stream_socket_client() : unable to connect to smtpcorp.com (Connection timed out) (Transport/StreamBuffer.php)

I then made a PM to jv16 here and let him know about the problem with the ticket system and also that I need the license file

That was Sent: Wed Nov 06, 2013 1 pm

Still sitting in the out box of the contact PM System.

Is Macecraft still in business? is everyone out to lunch?

How to destroy a business in two steps

1. Don't answer emails

2. Offer refunds

Little hard to login and get to the ticket if it never send you email on the lost password form due to that error.

Also no email was sent that a ticket was made.

All they have to do is send me the license via email and update the new email so an automated request will work for me then next time.

This is not the Macecraft I remember from 2009 when I first Licensed the software

While the product is excellent the handling of my problem and everyone else s in the other thread is poor

Instead of fixing the problem just ignore it and keep sending out blank email

The blank email is a resent license from us. We are working on the issue. All the refund requests will be processed, but as there are many tickets and emails coming in, I am not able to answer all of them at the same time or within one day. The more messages we receive the longer the wait will be. The license download link is visible in the ticket answer, if you have used the ticket system.

I also can't get my new upgrade license and as a long time user, am frustrated ! Tried to contact support from various site gateways and get error messages. As suggested in forum, downloaded trial and requested license-- no luck there! Even tried on different computers. :

Lot good that does I'm a customer since 2009 and a VIP after that.

I have used the ticket system and never receive password lost requests or a reply to the ticket I created for a replacement license If I did I would not be posting there.

Thank You for the link to a post that it is now fixed still have not received my replacement license.
