Can't submit support request / Clean and Fix issue

Re: JV16 PowerTools 2014 (Platinum) - 3.2.0.1351

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

I ran 'Clean and Fix' on my laptop and was then prompted to restart. I was immediately concerned when Windows said 'Preparing computer for first use).

I logged on and all looked OK but as soon as I tried to launch an app, I get a message saying the short-cut has been changed or move. This is not just for desktop shortcuts but even those listed under Start | All Programs.

I've tried restoring twice from the back-up file but it has made no difference.

Any suggestions?

When I tried to submit the above using the support site, I just get an error after clicking on submit:

Alas this is not an unknown issue - I reported it in this topic http://www.macecraft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=5466.

Sadly, there has been no response from Macecraft about the problem or when it is expected to be fixed. The silence is deafening... :

The growing evidence for lack of support by Macecraft is quite alarming.

I also have the feeling that the claimant problems with the 2014er version of what many have Macecraft not really care, because in any of the Released new builds was also only one of the problems Outlined Fixed!

I also have bougt 2014 update by mastercard. The money was paid to Macecraft, but up today there is no email with key from Macecraft. : : : :
