Platinum VIP License

I bought Platinum VIP from 2009, and the license is working for jv16PT 2012, but neer work for 2013 and 2014. I think Platinum VIP should provide me free upgrade for life. So how can I do? Or I misunderstand the meaning of Platium VIP license?

Platinum VIP license is good for lifetime free upgrades on 5 local PC's.

I think that downloading your license should solve your Platinum VIP problem.

You should than be recognized as a Platinum VIP user.

Go to Help -> License tool -> Download my License and do exactly what is asked.

I try to download again. But the download button seems no any response. THe icense is working fine in 2012, but not on 2013 and 2014.
