Hi,
I created this topic My intention was to point out problem with the CTRL-left-click highlight method and I realized that the SHIFT-left-click method has problem too. So I modified my message without checking if someone had already pointed out it. Sorry for the double post.
As I said in my topic, I can't highlight multiple dispersed items in the result window after a registry keys or files search with the keyboard key CTRL pressed and a left-click on an item.
Let me detail a few.
When I try to add a non-consecutive item with the CTRL-left-click method, the background color of previously selected item (if I have one, I use SHIFT-"arrow key" for them) becomes white and the status bar indicates that I have no highlighted items.
If I use the keyboard variant method : CTRL-"space bar", the background color of the previously selected items (if I have one) becomes white and only the last focused item (the one I use CTRL-"space bar" on it) becomes highlighted (the status bar indicates that I have one highlighted item).
The same problem occurs with the SHIFT-left-click highlight method. But, in my case, it is still possible to highlight multiple consecutive items with the SHIFT key and the arrow keys (tested in the 3.2.0.1351).
In all cases, the selected item aren't affected.
Has anyone pointed the developers out that this problem is still present in the last version (3.2.0.1351) ?
I'm new in this forum, is it better to submit a ticket or to post the problem in the forum ?
Thanks.
