I would recommend using the PowerTools Lite 2013 if you are experiencing trouble with the jv16 PowerTools 2013. We are working on a new update, but unfortunately it is not ready yet to be released. We had hoped to be able to fix the problem much sooner and inform about the new release. This thinking lead us to wait until reporting back. As can be seen, it was not a very good choice from us. We are still in business and working hard to get the found and reported bugs fixed.
I want to apologizes in this post as well for the lack of communication and would also like to thank that this problem was pointed out to me. My main working area is the tickets and emails, which have not ceased or been low in numbers, so I was not aware that people thought we were not here.
