Software Uninstaller loading slowly

This is on Win8-x64 with jv16 PowerTools 2013 version 1267

Software Uninstaller is still loading at a snail's pace

After starting the tool it takes more than three minutes before the results are showing.

I'm labelling this "unacceptable". This is really much too slow :

I've only used the uninstaller once & yes it took ages to load but more worryingly it seemingly just deleted the registry keys without running the uninstaller first (previous versions ran the program's uninstaller then removed the remaining registry entries), it messed up the computer to the point that I couldn't reinstall either a newer version of the program (WinZip 17) nor reinstall the old version (WinZip 16.5). I had to use system restore, naturally I've not used it since & nor will I.
