I got this too but it did not make a bugreport file but so fat could only get it to do it once.

Happened to me, too, right after exiting the program the first time (if I recall correctly). Haven't seen the error since.

Are you all talking about jv16PT2013 v3.0.0.1267

An access violation application error normally creates file Bugreport.txt in the installation directory.
