VIP License not working with JV16 PowerTools 2013

I just upgraded to the 2013 version but my VIP license seems incompatible with the upgrade. I tried the "Download My License " and "License Tool" options and all I get are errors and a message that I should contact support. But I can't contact live support because I am not registered. Please advise me what I should do.

Only the Platinum VIP license gives you free product/license upgrades for life!

It seems you got the Platinum VIP package, only Macecraft can handle this license issue.

If you Platinum VIP license is not working with the 2013 version, please remember to report your order number, your name or email address so we can find your order and check that everything should be in order.

The fastest way to get it sorted out is to contact our support via:

All Platinum VIP licenses, no matter when bought, should work with jv16 PowerTools 2013. If it doesn't, we will issue you a new one.

I submitted a ticket and support was excellent and quite fast to respond. I was given a link for a fresh license and the problem is now resolved.
