Here is the latest translation package for jv16 PowerTools 2013:

The zip file contains all the current and old translations for the product and the jv16 PowerTools Translation Update Tool version 1.3. The Translation Update Tool allows you to easily update any old translation to be compatible with the upcoming 2013 version by showing you which parts of the translation file needs to be updated.
You can still, of course, edit the translation file manually with any text editor, if you do not wish to use the Translation Update Tool.
