Using jv16 PowerTools 2005, is it possible to find out which program accesses which files?

I'm afraid the product doesn't have a feature that could show which programs access certain files.

Ok. Thanks anyway. Do you know of another way to find out which program writes to a file?

I don't know any such tool, I'm afraid.

With Process Explorer or Filemon, both from Sysinternals, you could achieve that.
