jv16 Please use the Windows Task Manager to kill the process ("jv16pt.exe") and then you can delete the file. Or, start Windows in Safe Mode and then delete the file. Please, next time write without the "caps lock" enabled.
mredc More info. When I try to Uninstall jv16 I get an error message saying the unins000msg is missing.
jv16 Simply delete the folder to where you have installed the product. By default it's C:\Program Files\jv16 PowerTools. No further uninstallation procedure is required.
