The file path is correct, the file "jv16PT.exe" has no icons. Before suggesting a reinstall, make sure Change Icon is looking in the right place. What leads me to raise that comes from looking at my icon. The icon is recognized, but clicking on Change Icon gets the odd result shown in the screenshot. What I assume is happening is that Windows is looking in C:\Program Files, the x64 apps, while jv16 PT is installed in the x86 folder, C:\Program Files (x86). Win 8x64 Pro. Change icon.jpg
