Software deep trace items

Hello,

JV16 2012 - fully updated as of 2012-12-03

OS: Windows Vista Home premium 64-bit fully updated

Issue: when I run the Registry Cleaner, I see 34 software deep trace items of applications I previously removed. However, the Registry Cleaner will not remove these items and I am unable to find how I can remove them.

Any help will be gratefully received.
