This is the cut and paste error msg when I first try the "fix function" and then delete a "useless empty key" with AVG disabled on one box ticked:
: Failed to modify "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.aax\OpenWithList\"!
: All done! 0 errors were fixed, 0 B of data was removed (0 files, 0 directories, 0 registry entries and 0 registry keys).
: Failed to modify "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.aax\OpenWithList\"!

Now, is it safe to assume that "useless empty keys" can safely be deleted?
Also JV16 2011prompts you to do a back up, 2012 does not.
The 2011 and 2012 versions CFMC results look very similar and the "fix" result leftovers is what I zipped.
2011 lets you manually delete entries 2012 does not.
Is it normal to get that many errors after a "fix" execution command?

PS I will reinstall 2012 if you think that is the next step
