Cookie manager issues

I too am experiencing problems with the cookie manager. It seems that I cannot permanently remove cookies from the cookie list. I have tried creating a blacklist, sending them to the remove tab or by using the mouse functions. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions to debug the problem? :(

Could you give a few step-by-step instructions of the proceudures you are trying to do?

Are you trying to remove cookies of IE or Firefox?

What version of the product you are using?

=> to "mkos" and thank you for your feedback and the confirmation of my experiences I posted on september 27th.

=> to jv,

Using the latest version, i.e. 311(2nd) my experience is:

-> from IE - some cookies are definitly removed and others are back in the Unknown list when restarting Cookie Manager.

->As far as i see Firefox cookies are not removed at all.

The steps done are:

Selecting the items in the Unknown list,

Transfert to the Remove list by right-click menu,

Starting the remove procedure,

Say No to Backup,

CM tells me that all selected items are removed,

Closing CM,

Restarting CM

I tried also to close jv16 PT completly and then restart again CM, but this gives the same results.

Firefox items are not deleted

The Cookie Mgr also lists unknown items that are not in the Cookie file.

I see that this is an old string. Why haven't there been any further posts? :
