HELP! New user with big problem..

I just downloaded and installed the software (trial). After it did it's initial diagnostices, it showed my Registry health at 78% and My PC health at 60% (not exact but close as I remember). I clicked on Clean and Fix My Computer...it ran for a few minutes and showed a window that allowed me to review all the "problems" so I clicked on a few to review them and all of a sudden my screen with to flashing off and on and would not stop so I exited the review window. Now it shows my Registry health at 1% and my PC health at 43%. I did not tell the program to fix anything nor did I see it make a backup, which it appearently did not make. Now when I run the program again and it shows that I have serious registry errors and major folders are missing. Is my PC about to crash after running this program or is it just an internal program error? Any help would be appreciated.

Running this on Window 7 machine.

I don't know what you exactly did, bit if it's true that you didn't instruct the program to fix the listed errors then there should be nothing wrong with your system after running Clean and Fix my computer.

Changes are only made after selecting all or some listed items and then clicking "Fix" to correct or delete them.

Do you have any problems when booting you system or starting your programs?
