Clean & Fix

I have recently used Clean and Fix after removing some software and my Registry Health/PC Health has gone down to 1% from 100%.

I have tried program maintenance - flush cache.

I have also uninstalled/reinstalled and although the percentages did raise to 5%, after another clean and fix both were back to 1%.

Is this a bug?

That topic doesn't help my problems:

My Registry Health/PC Health has gone down to 1%.

This is after doing a "Clean and Fix" - after which Registry Health/PC Health usually goes up...

My PC actually looks 80 - 90% worse then it did before the "Clean and Fix"...

1.Are you using jv16PT-2012 version 2.1.0.1173 and on which windows OS?

2.After the uninstall and before the reinstall did you remove ALL jv16PT directories/subdirectories (real clean install), e.g. see: http://www.macecraft.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=4733#p30863

3.I did a clean install for v2.1.0.1173 on W7-64-Professional and I have no PC Health/Registry Health problems (=100%) after running CFMC and fixing/deleting all found issues.

Okay I downloaded again and uninstalled and deleted the directory, rebooted, reinstalled, compacted and ran clean and fix.

All back to 100% now - so thanks for your help, advice and quick responses.
