rockiee wrotei just upgraded to 2011 on my #2 computer, when i tried to install my license i got a message that it was corrupt an could not be used. now i unhooked #2 computer an plugged in my #1 computer an everything works fine. license is listed an works fine. also on #2 computer it says my version of 2011 is a trial version an im to buy a real version. hope this will be solved. just an added note, i have had license problems in the past an was notified to send e-mail requesting new license but it NEVER worked, thats why im trying here.
It looks that you own a valid license for jv16PT-2011-build 1053 (because everything seems to work properly on computer #1)
In that case the 2011 license.xbin file from computer #1 will work on computer #2, #3, #4 and #5.
Copy (using a USB memory stick) the license.xbin file to the installation director/folder of jv16PT-2011-b1053 of computer #2 and
than use the 'License tool' under the 'Help' pull down menu to activate the copied license.xbin on #2.
