Instant Digital Delivery?

A little over two hours ago, I took advantage of an email offer from Macecraft to update to JVPT 2011 and get 2012 for free. The website promised "instant digital delivery," but two hours have now passed without a word from Macecraft. I DID get instant confirmation from PayPal, so I know that my order went through. Should I be worried? (Just to forestall needless questions, yes, I checked my spam folders, yes, I checked that I gave Macecraft my correct email address, yes, my email address is the same one from which I've bought earlier versions of JVPT, and yes, my email is working just fine.) Is there someone I should contact about this"?

The past few month several license issues passed by on this forum. Very rare they were caused by Macecraft.

The main reasons were (IMHO):

1.Email (spam) filtering did not allow the license file to pass.

2.Damaged license files due to download managers etc..

3.Email communications not reaching Macecraft at all.

Leonardo, thanks for your response. I'm happy to report that the email from Macecraft has now arrived, three hours after I placed the order. Perhaps if the website hadn't said "instant digital download" I'd have had somewhat different expectations.
