Does not find but CCleaner does

I ran CCleaner and it found

ActiveX/COM Issue InProcServer32\D:\Download\D7\tabctl32.ocx HKCR\CLSID\{7DA06D40-54A0-11CF-A521-0080C77A7786}

ActiveX/COM Issue InProcServer32\D:\Download\D7\tabctl32.ocx HKCR\CLSID\{BDC217C5-ED16-11CD-956C-0000C04E4C0A}

But jv16 PowerTools 2011 did not find it. It should have. I deleted the D7 folder.

Have it set on Emphasize the number of found errors and speed of the Registry Cleaner cleaner engine over safety and accuracy. I have a check on Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware software, Firewall software, Server software, and Backup Software.
