Vertical size of JV16PT main window

Request for modification:

Many netbooks have a screen size of 1024 x 600.

Therefore the main window of this program gets cut off vertically making the buttons at the bottom unreachable because the window cannot be sufficiently collapsed.

Request is therefore to shrink the minimum vertical size from around 620 pixels to around 580 pixels. Should be easy to do.

This is jv16PT-build 1053, running at minimum size, on my 12.1" notebook W7 with a 1280x800 display.

So it's fine on a 12" screen running at 1280x800

but not on a 10" screen running at 1024x600

and that is the whole point of requesting a vertical reduction in size of the main window!!!
