Can I disable the Cookie Manager?

The trial version of jv16 Power Tools 2005 offers me great tools to clean my computer. My computer even starts up faster, thanks to the clean registry. However, this profit is all lost, because every time I boot the system jv16 produces a cookie manager window that takes several seconds to load.

Question: is it possible to disable only the cookie manager functionality? I could not find such an option in the settings.

Hello,

If Cookie Manager starts at boot, normally, there must be a task, created in "Automation Tool".

If you don't want this behaviour anymore, open Automation Tool. Then select the task by a right click and from the menu remove the task completly or edit this task by choosing another Start type option.

When I open Automation Tool, there are no listed tasks, so no option to disable Cookie Manager from starting at boot. Am I the only one having Cookie Manager starting at boot on my system, or is this a standard feature in the program? Help!

Sorry i didn't think on "Privacy Protector ". May be it is enabled with the option "Remove all unwanted Cookies with Cookie Manager". This happens also on start-up.

Normally PowerTools does not start any of his feature by default.
