ok. i checked the box so items wont show up that will be auto created. i then went thru the same process as i said above. did it several times, with each time the number of entries found went smaller. then i kept on getting the same errors found when i should have got zero.
yeah, so anyways, i kept on getting same entries and the same number (problem as above post). but this time, i decided to shut jv16 completely, i.e. exit reg cleaner and exit jv16. i then opened jv16 again and opened reg cleaner, did a check, and i got no entries
i'm not sure whether checking the box as advised above was the answer to my problems, or whether it was me completely shutting down jv16 that solved my problem. I didnt completely shut jv16 down last time.
can someone tell me whether this is normal? must i shut jv16 down all the time in order for reg cleaner to tell me the correct results? or maybe i have a setting wrong. it would be a pain if i had to keep on shutting jv16 down and reopening it again.
upon installing, i dont recall changing any settings (except for the one said above). should something be changed? or is this a little bug??
i'm trying to suss this thing out before trial runs out. i like what i see so far, its just reg cleaner which is probably the main tool i'll be using, i'm having problems with.
