jv16 Power Tool does not answer at first start up

I'm using jv16 PT version 1.5.1.303 Older version I used did not show following bug: :

Everytime I start the program, and initiate the program to clean registry, it does not highlight the Start button. seconds later a alert is telling, that the progran does not answer. I then stop in the Win XP screen to stop the program.

When I then start the program again, it runs as it should! :?

I have to start, stop and then start again in order to let the program do what it should.

Any suggestions are appriciated.

Well I never had this problem, but may be installing the newest version - 307 - would solve your problem.

With very strange problems like this the problem is usually caused by some misbehaving third party software, such as anti-virus.

Could you try to disable your anti-virus program and then try to use the product. Also make sure you are not running any other programs on the background than the absolutely necessary.

Are you using the free trial version of the product or do you have purchased a license? Using a pirated version of the software could also do this.
