It may be coincidence but I have started to get an error with Norton 2011 updates after installing and running jvc 16 2011. I thought I checked all the errors before allowing a fix to be done but its odd this issue has occurred as soon as installing it. I ran clean and fix and registry cleaner. Norton said it found a Trojan Maljava and a downloader in the backup folder used by jv16 (but hadn’t found them before jv16 moved them there? So it could be there are issue’s with jvc16 and Norton again.
NIS live update has now worked OK.,
