Please see the other posts in this forum thread and sent a forum Private Mail (PM) to jv16, with your name and email address so jv16 can fix your license issue.

Yes, the French language was supported in the 2010 version, but the translation was probably not (yet) finished for integration in build 2011 v2.0.0.1007.

I sent a PM to jv16 a couple of hours ago and haven't received a response so far. According to jv16's latest post, all the licenses have been re-sent. Did you get my PM?

It is 1500 hours EST. Ordered jv16 2011 and the VIP service about 36 hours ago. Have not received license and am unable to access the VIP features. Please help. I just sent a private message regarding the same issue.
