Non-Receipt License Key for JVTools 2011 Version

I just updated to jv16 PowerTools full version 2011, my credit card was charged and accepted, however I still have not received my license key or Order Number It has been over four (04) hours now - The on-line Chat is still active w/o reply - cannot check order status w/o Order number that was not furnished - WHAT IS GOING ON????? :(

As explained in the forum news section and in the website news section, there are some delays in the order handling due to the heavy stress on our servers.

I sent you your license file via forum Private Message a few minutes ago. I'm sorry about the delay!

I had to contact the Costumer support to for my license after i had been waiting 20 hours or something.

I also tried to resent license to see if that was slow to, and after 5 days i got a mail saying they now had resent my license and i would get it in a 2nd mail, and i have been waiting for 17 hours now and still nothing.

And whenever i try and resent my license i just get the message "Our records show you still have a pending license resent request"

You are right. Each time Macecraft releases an upgrade they seem to have the same problems :?

This worked for me also.

As for past upgrade problems, I purchased PT 2009 a couple years ago without any problems. Never did upgrade it to 2010 so this is my first experience with this and yes, the panic alarm went off big time. Since I purchased Platinum VIP along with my upgrade, I assume I'll never have to worry about this again?

That is correct, your Platinum VIP license will work automatically with all future versions of PowerTools.

I posted going on four hours ago in reference to not receiving my new license and vip feature. Now, the post is no longer there as with a few others. I would not mind too much but this is very unusual for macecraft. You guys are usually on the ball. What is going on? I have yet to receive my new license and do not have access to VIP. PLEASE POST A RESPONSE! Thank you.
