Cannot buy an upgrade

I am a licensed jv16 PT user, but for whatever reason, the website is not recognizing me as such and I cannot order an 'existing customer' PT 2011 license - the web site keeps rejecting my request because it does not recognize my registration e-mail address. Please let me know how to proceed.
