Clean and Fix My Computer can run a long time without producing a results list. To be fixed in RC1. Still happens in v.2.0.0.1002. Fixed (not happening in v.2.0.0.1007).
Global Ignore List does not work for some Registry Cleaner columns. Fixed in v.2.0.0.1007.
Backup Tool: the menu bar icons show in the list area while the list loads. Happens every time during initial load. Still happens in v.2.0.0.1002. Low priority; to be fixed in a future build. Fixed (not happening in v.2.0.0.1007).
A C&FMC warning pop-up is not appropriate since it only mentions registry data. To be fixed in Beta 5. Probably fixed; there was no warning message at all when removing 3,000+ temp files; tested with v.2.0.0.1007.

Many corresponding software names in the Software Uninstaller list and the Microsoft Programs & Features list show different details. Developer considers this to be "cosmetic," will fine tune later.
The Software Uninstaller list contains many software names which are not in the Microsoft Programs & Features list. By design (however, some programs in Program Files (x86), listed in PT2009 and /or PT2010, are missed).

With a VIP license, Help-->About caused "Buy jv16 PowerTools" icon to appear on desktop. Still happens in v.2.0.0.1007, not with Help-->About, but during the "Initial setup." Bug ID = xxxxxx.
Registry Finder fails to find many references to "Avast4" (for example). To be fixed after Beta 6. Still happens in v.2.0.0.1007. Bug ID = xxxxxx.
If Service Manager is started twice in the same session without closing the list first, the new list window is blank. Still happens in v.2.0.0.1007. Bug ID = xxxxxx.
Backup Tool, Custom Restore: right click-->Open in RegEdit sometimes does not work correctly. Still happens in v.2.0.0.1007. Bug ID = xxxxxx.
When run from the Automation Tool, an aborted System Cleaner task gets an incorrect message. Still happens in v.2.0.0.1007. Bug ID = yyyyyy.
System Cleaner Flush and Empty gets an internal error message loop after "No" to a "Can be dangerous" message. By design in Debug Mode for safety. (Therefore should not loop in a future build when Debug Mode is not always active?). Tested without Debug Mode in v.2.0.0.1002. There were no warnings. Should there be? Why were the *.sys files not cleared? Same behavior in v.2.0.0.1007. Bug ID = yyyyyy.
Software Uninstaller & Backup Tool (and others): if a column starts out much too wide for the text, double click resizing narrows the column correctly for an instant, then it jumps back to the too wide width. Still happens in v.2.0.0.1007. To be fixed after Beta 6. Bug ID = yyyyyy.

Attempting to close PowerTools with right click-->Close on its taskbar icon while a list component type window is open on the desktop can wreck the PowerTools GUI. (*1) Bug ID = zzzzzz.
