PT 2.0.0.981 Clean Install Bug

This is on Windows 7 x64 and x86 Professional, PT 2.0.0.981

On a fresh totally clean installation of jv16 and on creating a desktop shortcut of the Clean and Fix, there is a value memSearchWords in the Search Words setting. This causes Clean and Fix (desktop shortcut activated) to not find any registry or history items to be cleaned.

Did you install 2.0.0.281 on your system with no older jv16 files or folders present at the time of the 2.0.0.981 installation....in other words a completely clean/fresh installation?

When I assisted my brother with the installation of PT 2010 B970 on his XP-SP3 system a few weeks ago, I had him completely remove PT 2008 (all files and folders) prior to upgrading. After installing PT 2.0.0.970, "memsearchwords" was present in Clean and Fix search words settings. I did not report this as a bug at the time because of other things taking priority.

The issue is specific to the starting of the tool via Desktop shortcut (or command line parameter). Previously, a bug like this existed in the program but it was fixed. However, the fix doesn't work if a tool is launched via Desktop shortcut.
