Lately, Ad-Aware's Ad-Watch Live has been giving jv16 PowerTools 2010 a TAI rating of 10 out of 10 and says it belongs to the Family VirTool.\..\r.XZ(v) [I think, hard for me to read the small print).

Lately, When I try to check for jv16 PowerTools 2010 updates, Ad-Aware's Network Rules has been blocking 209.188.85.133.

Obviously it's a false positive: PowerTools does not contain any virus nor spyware.

Exactly, Wired Tree is the name of the company that provides our web servers. For reasons why Ad-Aware is blocking our IP I cannot say, nor can I ask as they do not seem to provide any kind of technical support contact information in their website.
