Lost JV16 icon after upgrading to 2010 & uninstalling 2009

I've just upgraded from 2009 to 2010.

Installed 2010 and confirmed working OK.

Ran 2010 Clean & Fix.

Restarted PC.

Checked 2010 still looked OK.

Uninstalled 2009 via Windows Control Panel.

exe file for 2010 and therefore program shortcut has changed to standard Windows default icon.

How do I retrieve JV16 icon?

Could you try to right-click the Windows desktop and select Refresh, does that help? Have you tried to reboot your computer?

It's the job of Windows to show the correct icon for programs on your desktop, so it's very limited what we can do to fix the issue. One thing that could help would be to clear Windows' icon cache.
