The new jv16PT-2010 version number is 2.0.0.963. After downloading you can install the new version over any previous versions of jv16 PowerTools 2010,

but NOT over the jv16 Power Tools 2009 version!

You must uninstall jv16PT-2009 first, before installing jv16 Power Tools 2010 in the same directory. Or otherwise install version 2010 in a different directory.

My first choise is to use the uninstall icon from the jv16PT 2009 program start menu,

or use revo if you want,

or just delete the jv16PT 2009 'program installation directory' with all subdirectories included.

No, it's not possible.

I'm afraid not, PowerTools 2010 uses a new format for saving user settings and this is not compatible with PowerTools 2009.
