Downloaded this software yesterday. Tried to install it (Windows 7 Pro x64). Just froze 3/4 of the way through with a "not responding" message. Re-downloaded the program and tried it a second time with the same result. Tried a 3rd time, froze again, left it on for about 5 minutes and it finally installed. Program open ok after it installed. Today I try to start the program and it fails to start. Checked Task Manager to see if it was trying to open. Nothing there. I then try to un-install it and the un-install also hangs saying something like files in use, can't delete. I had to delete it manually. I then find parts of the program installed in different locations (as I changed locations from the 1st failed attempt to the 2nd failed attempt).
Needless to say I do not have a very good impression of this program. I am very hesitant to try and install it again at this point. If I have this kind of problems right off the bat, I can't trust the program. Sorry.
