registry compacter stage 2

hello second time i have the compacter, worked fine the first time. But now each time i start my pc i get the registry compacter phase 2 uac window pop up. then it opens command prompt and runs as it should. the problem is it does this each time i restart pc?

some info:

there is a jv16 powertools entry in msconfig

windows home 64 bit

nis 2010

Im guessing im going to have to remove and to some cleaning up. any quick fix for this?

You can use the jv16 Startup Manager to "Remove" this hung startup key. That will stop your problem.

it doesnt show there, only in msconfig also in ccleaner.

i have manually removed the entry from regedit msconfig. will see what happens next month when i run it!
