jv16 Most likely the product just doesn't find your license file. Please try to use the Help > License Information > Autofind a new license. If that doesn't work, please contact: support@macecraft.com
milly Sorry, my mistake. I failed to notice that my last "update" was in fact an upgrade, which needed an additional key-purchase. Although I hate these "pay-or-be-out-of-date" things, I find your upgrade fee very reasonable. Keep up the good work. Parhain terveisin,
